All Thormahlen Harps using Folk/Lever Gut Strings
or Concert Pedal gut strings
Thormahlen uses the standard Lever Gut and Concert Pedal Gut sets that
can be purchased through Lyon & Healy: musicsales@lyonhealy.com
Vanderbilt: orders@vanderbiltmusic.com
or any store that sells these
strings.
Do NOT put concert gut strings on any harp that was not specifically
built for concert gut strings. It can damage the harp.

Since the 2nd octave Bow Brand strings start at E which has #8 on
the package, there is no number 6 or 7 string. Pay attention to the
note name on the package. For 36 string harps, the package # will be
2 bigger than the string number on your harp. For 34 string harps,
the package # will be 4 bigger than the string number on your harp.
Use any standard set of Folk/Lever Gut or Concert Pedal Gut from here
on from #8 E through #31 C (even though this would be #29 on your harp).
